Being a Sales Development Representative at Semactic means :

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in our sales strategy. Your main mission will be to identify, qualify and engage prospects, turning them into concrete opportunities for our team of Business Developers.

Your key responsabilities:

Prospecting and opportunity detection:

  • Identify strategic targets using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, our CRM and potential other tools.
  • Contact prospects via personalized emails, phone calls and automated campaigns.

Qualify prospects:

  • Understand prospects' needs and assess their potential in relation to our solutions.
  • Conduct initial interviews to prepare the ground for Business Developers.

Collaboration with the sales team:

  • Work hand-in-hand with Business Developers to pass on qualified leads.
  • Participate in strategic meetings to refine prospecting campaigns.

Follow-up and reporting:

  • Keep the CRM up to date with all prospect interactions.
  • Analyze your performance and suggest improvements to maximize efficiency.

Profile required:

We're looking for a dynamic, results-oriented person with a strong appetite for human contact.

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience: First experience in sales prospecting or in an SDR role is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluency in French and English (Dutch is an asset).
  • Tools: Knowledge of CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Interpersonal skills: Ability to engage in conversation, listen and convince.
  • Team spirit: You enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
